Digital Asset Manager: Coosmo

Coosmo is our Digital Asset Management service that offers an advanced and versatile solution for the seamless management and use of ultra-high-resolution gigapixel images and much more. Designed specifically to manage large numbers of digital assets, Coosmo not only facilitates digital archiving and digital preservation of the cultural heritage, but is also compatible with the IIIF Image and Presentation API standards, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to a wide range of preservation and conservation needs.

Numis Bee

Numis Bee is our software for the digitization of ancient coins, designed to automate and optimize workflows. It allows catalogers to easily check the quality of digitizations and make corrections quickly and securely, with automatic object detection and automatic field entry via barcodes or QR codes. Numis Bee guarantees an efficient and accurate digitization process, ideal for managing large numismatic collections.

Atlas Hawk

Atlas Hawk is the world’s first robotic planetary scanner capable of digitizing loose pages or bound paper documents of various sizes and types in ultra-high resolution. Its versatility comes from two independent motorized support surfaces and a motorized, extra-clear, anti-reflective tempered glass plate. The management software included with it integrates Artificial Intelligence, is certified for Industry 4.0, and features an advanced, intuitive interface for organizing, searching, and sharing digitized documents.

Spira Blackbird

Spira Blackbird is hardware designed for scanning microfilm, which is particularly sensitive to light. The scanner minimizes stress on the film by avoiding traction and direct contact, thereby preserving its condition. It allows 48-bit per channel scanning, a feature not available in previous scanners. Spira is the result of a long analysis and research into construction materials and lighting solutions, to ensure that every phase of the digitization process respects the conservation needs of microfilm.
